There are 3 types of in-app purchases in ibisPaint Windows version: “Pro Add-on” (one-off purchase), “Prime Membership” (monthly payment) and “Prime Membership” (yearly payment).

By subscribing for the Prime Membership, Prime features become available in addition to Pro features (features that become available by purchasing the Pro Add-on plan).
Only for the initial time you can use a trial period as follows.
Monthly payment: You can try it for free for one week.
Yearly payment: You can try it for free for one month.
* Free trial is available only once with either monthly or yearly payment.
A Prime Member can use the following features and services.

* You can share your purchased rights between your Windows devices as long as you are logged in to Microsoft Store with the same Microsoft account you used at the time of purchase.
* Using Cloud Storage allows you to sync up to 20GB of artwork between the Windows version of ibisPaint and the iOS/iPadOS/Android version of ibisPaint.
* Monthly payment: After you become a Prime Member with the first one-week free trial, if you do not cancel your “Prime Membership” at least 48 hours before the last day of the free trial period, your “Prime Membership” will be automatically renewed and the fee will be charged.
* Yearly payment: After you become a prime member with the first one-month free trial, if you do not cancel your “Prime Membership” at least 48 hours before the last day of the free trial period, your “Prime Membership” will be automatically renewed and the fee will be charged.
* Price varies depending on the application store and country/region. Please check the price displayed in the app.

Pro Features are accessible through purchasing a Pro Add-on plan.

Once you have purchased a paid product, even if you delete and reinstall the application, the right of the purchase remains valid. For those who have previously purchased products within ibisPaint, logging in with the same Microsoft account when purchasing it in the Microsoft Store will allow you to restore them for free with “Restore Purchased Rights".

You can restore it in the following steps: Open ibisPaint Title screen ＞ ①[ gear button ] ＞ ②[ Restore Purchased Rights ]. If you reinstalled the application or changed the device, please restore the rights purchased in this step.

Go to Microsoft Store app ＞ ①[ Profile icon in the upper right corner ] ＞ ②[ Manage account and devices ].

Select ①[ Services & subscriptions ].

Select ①[ Manage ] for the subscription you wish to cancel.

Select ①[ Cancel subscription ].Follow the onscreen instructions.

• If you don’t cancel the automatic renewal at least 48 hours before the period is over, your contract term will be automatically renewed. The fee for automatic renewal will be charged within 24 hours after the contract period is over.
• When you become a prime member with free trial, if you don’t cancel your “Prime Membership” at least 48 hours before the free trial ends, you will be charged for the automatic renewal.

• The cancellation of your “Prime Membership” cannot be done by any methods other than the one mentioned above.
• You will be charged via Microsoft account.
• The right of your “Prime Membership” cannot be shared between ibisPaint (iOS/iPadOS/Android version) and ibisPaint (Windows version). For example, if you become a prime member of the ibisPaint (Windows version), you cannot use the prime features on the ibisPaint (iOS/iPadOS/Android version).（Your cloud storage capacity is shareable.）
• You can change from a monthly plan to an annual plan, but you cannot change from an annual plan to a monthly plan. Please cancel the annual plan once and wait until it expires before subscribing to a monthly plan.
• Changing from the monthly to yearly payment plan will result in an immediate switchover of plans. (The yearly payment plan will be extended by only the remaining number of days in the monthly payment plan.)
