[Fixed] About the problem that ibis Paint X for iOS/iPadOS does not launch on iOS/iPadOS 13

We've confirmed the problem that ibis Paint X for iOS/iPadOS which was released 24/May/2023 does not launch on iOS/iPadOS 13.
We've determined the cause of this problem and fixed in ver.10.1.2 released on 25/May/2023.
We apologize for this inconvenience.
