Notification for changing managing company

We're pleased to notify you about changing managing company due to the company split from 01/Dec/2016(Thu).

Thank you for using our ibisPaint.
We(ibis inc.) will establish the new subsidiary "ibis mobile inc." (Referred to as "a mobile company" below) and divide us at 01/Dec/2016(Thu).
We will hand over the ibisPaint service to a mobile company on the same day.
A mobile company will manage the ibisPaint service from the day.

The ibisPaint service will not be changed on this compnay split.
There is no impact to the ibisPaint users.
Please give us your understanding.
